TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIN HOME CUSTOM CONTRACTING LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

This section governs disputes related to your use of the Site only. Disputes arising from construction contracts are governed by the dispute resolution provisions in those contracts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
