A Process We are Proud Of
At FIN HOME Contracting, we take great pride in our work and to delivering exceptional results to our clients. To ensure that we meet expectations, we developed a specific process designed to provide quality builds and renovations. This process consists of five distinct phases, each of which is critical to the success of the project.
The phases include:
• Development and Planning - We meet with clients to learn their project goals, advise with industry expertise, develop a rough timeline for the project. A contract is developed and financial arrangements are discussed and finalized.
• Design - We draw up plans for the project, get client approval and work on permits to get the project underway. Additionally, design selections and finishes are established with the client.
• Procurement - FIN HOME works to make sure all materials, services and equipment needed to complete the project are ordered and aligned to meet the timeline.
• Construction - FIN HOME manages the entire project start to finish to make the build remains, on time, on budget and that quality craftsmanship and build requirements are met.
• Post-Construction - Includes the cleanup, walk-thru and final meeting with clients to close the project.
